Dharmathma Vidhura Gita from Mahabharat, Gita Book Press version (Book 3, Chapters 33–39).  You will find highly enlightening verses/statements applicable for any age and any profession, so much so that you will feel interested in reading from multiple authors.  Though it's popularly called Vidhura Niti, it's still Vidhura Gita.  In general, any Gita are wise verses that act as guidelines, i.e., it's recommended for us to follow as much as possible for our own good, similar to (You) MAY (follow), as in https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc2119.txt.
